QUALITY CONTROL & RECORDED PICKING & PACKING
At Candy B T/A Candy Boutique, we pride ourselves on our commitment and attention to detail in our order fulfilment process. We have refined our packing process to ensure unparalleled accuracy and customer satisfaction. In our secure packaging area, each of our pickers is responsible for performing critical quality checks. Each product is carefully checked for any defects or discrepancies to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered - the correct item in the correct size.
As they prepare to pack an item, this entire process is recorded under the watchful eye of our CCTV surveillance systems. The picker holds every item in every order close to a dedicated camera, allowing for a clear, live recording of the item as it is packed. This step is crucial for verifying that the item is not only correct, the correct size but also complete and in perfect condition. Once the item is confirmed to be accurate, the picker is recorded carefully packing and sealing the parcel. This entire procedure, captured on camera, ensures a transparent and trustworthy process. This meticulous verification at every step effectively eliminates the possibility of any incorrect items or sizes being dispatched, ensuring that every parcel leaving our facility meets the high standards our customers expect from Candy B T/A Candy Boutique.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Our returns and exchange policy offers you a 14-day window from the date you receive your order to either exchange it or request a refund. We kindly request that you check your items thoroughly upon receipt. Our policy requires that all returned items must be in their original, unworn & resalable condition. This includes ensuring that the items have not been worn, washed, sprayed with deodorant perfume or aftershave, stained or marked with makeup, damaged or altered in any way, and that all original labels and tags are still attached. Additionally, please ensure that the items you are returning or exchanging were indeed purchased from Candy B T/A Candy Boutique.
Please do not return any items to us that do not meet these criteria as unfortunately, we wouldn't be unable to process any exchange or refund.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they help us maintain the quality and integrity of our products and services.
**Please be aware that for hygiene reasons, underwear & socks cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not or incorrect size ordered. We strongly advise you to carefully review the sizing guides before making your purchase as underwear & socks cannot be returned. The only exception for returning these items is if a manufacturer's fault is identified. In such cases, the item should be returned to us for inspection where we will liaise direct with the manufacturer for review. A refund or exchange may be considered depending on the result of the inspection from the manufacturer.
Please be careful when opening your package and do not use scissors or knives. Be mindful that goods must be fit for resale. Remember if any of the product labels have been removed we cannot accept any returns. If you do return something back to us that does not meet this strict criteria, you will be also be liable for the costs of returning the items back to you.
You will not be able to return any goods unless all the following conditions have been met:
1. All goods to be returned must be shipped back to the Candy Boutique returns address (please see below) within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered to you.
2. The returned goods must be sent to Candy Boutique in a single delivery. Candy Boutique reserves the right not to accept returned goods belonging to a single order that are returned at different times or in separate packages;
3. The goods must be returned to Candy Boutique in their original packaging; all product labels & tags must be intact and attached as the item was shipped to you;
4. The goods must be returned to Candy Boutique in their original condition;
5. The goods must not have been used, worn, marked or stained, washed, modified or damaged in any way; and
6. The returns form must be completed in full and sent along inside the package with the returned goods.
If the returns conditions are met, the customer care team will process your refund or exchange. In cases whereby a refund is required, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product (excluding any discounts or discount codes used, see below for further info). Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item you purchased is faulty or an incorrect item was sent to you. You will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods to us and under no circumstances will any of these costs be refunded by Candy Boutique.
You are responsible for the goods arriving at our returns address safely. Customers are advised to send returns back to us via recorded delivery or special insured delivery. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by Candy Boutique for any reason, you will be notified of the reasons for this within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by us you may choose to have the goods re-delivered to you at your own expense. A member of the customer care team will liaise with you if this is the case.
If you refuse the above delivery, Candy Boutique reserves the right to retain the goods returned and all the sums paid for your purchase of the goods in full.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
You are solely responsible for the cost of delivery for the return of your parcel.
Please ensure you send your returns securely - we advise that you obtain proof of postage and suggest you consider using a 'signed-for' or insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. Thank you
REFUND TIMESCALES
After Candy Boutique has received the returned goods and checked that the goods comply with the above requirements, you will receive an email to notify you that the returned goods have been accepted and a refund has been processed.
We aim to process all exchanges or refunds within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) of Candy Boutique receiving your parcel.
The time period for you receiving the refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the goods depends on the terms of payment used:
Payments by credit/debit card - Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card companyβs policies but this is usually credited within 3 to 7 working days.
Payment by Shopify, ShopPay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay - Refunds will be credited to your online account as soon as possible. However, the actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your online account depends on the credit card company that issued the card.
For the avoidance of doubt, refunds can only be made to the person who made the original payment for the goods and to that personβs credit/debit card or their online account.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item please do so within 14 days of your order by completing the returns form enclosed with your order and return to us at the returns address below.
You will be responsible for all costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us and also all costs incurred by Candy Boutique in shipping the new exchanged goods out to you. These costs are defined by the shipping terms from Candy Boutique and can be found on the Delivery page. Under no circumstances will any of these costs be refunded by Candy Boutique.
We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Candy Boutique is not liable for the cost of returning the goods.
